We are family owned and operated in Pelican Rapids , Minnesota, and have been since 1975. We are partnered with Friendship Homes of Minnesota in 1979, which constructs and supplies us with high-quality homes. We have new and used display homes and hundreds of floor plans available for order. We welcome our customers to bring in their own home designs. We offer homes to suit your needs: modular homes, multi-section manufactured homes, and single-section manufactured homes. Because all of our houses are built in Minnesota, they’re designed to withstand the North Country.
